Modular Building

This modular building is a long, low, rectangular structure with a flat roof, presenting a sleek and contemporary profile. Its exterior is dominated by dark charcoal-black vertical panel cladding, bordered on each end by sections of warm, light wood-toned slatted paneling that add textural contrast. Centered on the façade is a single gray entry door with a narrow vertical glass strip and a slim handle. Flanking the door are two large windows: to the left, a wide sliding glass panel with a fixed pane beside it, and to the right, a matching but slightly smaller window arrangement. Small rectangular wall-mounted lights are positioned above each window, adding a modern touch.
Elegant design combined with a modern interior creates a space that impresses with style and functionality. Large glazed areas subtly enhance its appeal. • Steel Frame ☐ 100
This image shows the interior of a compact bathroom rather than the exterior of a modular building. The space features a corner shower enclosure with black-framed glass panels on the left side, complete with multiple body jets and a handheld showerhead. Wood-paneled walls in a warm honey tone line the space, with one panel section housing a small recessed shelf. A round mirror hangs above a rectangular vessel sink set on a dark, floating vanity cabinet. To the left of the sink sits a modern wall-mounted toilet with a toilet brush holder beside it. A small square window is set into the wall above the vanity area, and the ceiling is white with a recessed light fixture visible.

This is an architectural floor plan viewed from above, showing a long, narrow rectangular structure divided into two main zones. The larger left section serves as an open-plan living and kitchen area, featuring a grey sofa, round dining table with four chairs, a compact kitchenette, and a small bathroom with toilet and sink tucked into the middle. Wood-look flooring runs throughout this space, with a decorative plant accent near the seating area. A dividing wall separates this from the right-hand bedroom, which contains a large bed with grey linens, a nightstand, and what appears to be a wardrobe or closet unit against the far wall, also finished in matching wood flooring.
