This modern modular structure sits as a long rectangular box with a flat roof, photographed at an angle showing both its short front end and long side elevation. The cladding is dark charcoal-grey composite panels arranged in vertical sections, giving a sleek, sharp-edged appearance with visible seam lines. Slim vertical white or light-grey accent strips run alongside the corners and glazing, adding contrast. The front facade features a large floor-to-ceiling glass door flanked by narrow glass panels, while the long side wall includes a wide run of glass doors and windows—appearing to be four to five panes plus a door—allowing full visibility into the empty white-walled interior. This is an interior view of an empty modular room with a clean, minimalist finish. The walls and ceiling are smooth white panels, and the floor is laid with rich, dark brown wood-effect laminate running diagonally across the space. Along the left wall, a large fixed window offers a view of a warehouse building and paved yard. Further along, a tall glazed door with black framing sits beside another full-height window, both showing an open outdoor area with greenery. At the far end, a narrower black-framed window lets in additional light. The room has a rectangular, elongated shape with high ceilings, giving it an airy, bright, and spacious feel throughout.
