Modular Office

7 m × 3 m (23′0″ × 9′10″)
from £10,999 + VAT
This modular garden building has a rectangular, single-story footprint with a flat roof and low-profile proportions, wider than it is tall. The left-facing gable end is clad in vertical dark walnut-toned wood-effect paneling, contrasting with the smooth charcoal-grey composite panels covering the rest of the structure. A tall glass-paneled entry door with black framing and a modern handle sits within the wooden section, while the adjacent grey wall features a wide double sliding glass door system with slim black frames, offering an unobstructed view. The corners appear crisply finished, giving it a sleek, contemporary aesthetic suited for a home office or garden studio.
Modern black exterior with distinctive Tory front detailing in a rosewood finish. Large aluminium glazing and wood-effect flooring create a clean, contemporary look, while 100 mm PIR insulation provides a solid year-round specification. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular garden building is a long, low rectangular structure with a flat roof, standing on gravel ground with trees and greenery behind it. On the left, a section is clad in vertical dark wood-toned paneling, featuring a tall glass-paneled door with a slim black frame and metal handle. The right two-thirds of the building are covered in smooth charcoal-grey panels, broken by two large windows: one fixed wide pane and one narrower door-style window, both framed in black. The overall proportions are wide and horizontal, with a slightly overhanging flat roofline, giving it a sleek, modern, minimalist appearance with contrasting wood and dark grey finishes.

This photo shows the empty interior of a long, narrow modular building, likely a garden office or portable unit, viewed from one end down its length. The space has a rectangular footprint with a flat white ceiling and matching white wall panels divided by black trim seams that run along the corners and joints. The flooring is a warm grey-brown wood-effect laminate, laid in linear planks that draw the eye toward the far wall. On the left side, a full-height glass door with black framing opens near the entrance, followed by a second glass panel further along, allowing daylight and a view of gravel ground and greenery outside. The far end wall is solid white, unbroken by windows.
