Modular Lodge

10 m × 3 m (32′10″ × 9′10″)
from £25,699 + VAT
This modular garden building stands as a sleek rectangular structure with a low-pitched, single-slope roof that gives it a modern, minimalist silhouette. Its exterior is clad in vertical dark charcoal-grey metal paneling, creating clean linear texture across every surface. A single square window with slim black framing sits near the left corner, accented by a strip of warm wood-toned paneling running vertically beside it. On the opposite end, a tall glass-paneled entry door pairs with a narrow sidelight window, both trimmed in matching dark framing. A small dark light fixture is mounted on the wall between the window and door. The building rests on a low concrete block foundation, set against an open grassy field under a bright blue sky.
Spacious and fully equipped, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette for comfortable everyday use. Timber interior finishes and decorative detailing on all sides give the unit a warm, refined character. \* Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. \* All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. \* Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. \* The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modern modular building is a long, low rectangular structure with a flat roofline, resting on small concrete support blocks along a gravel base. Its exterior is clad mostly in dark slate-blue vertical metal panelling, with a central section featuring warm wood-toned vertical slats that create a striking contrast. Within this wood-accented middle portion sits a single solid door, painted matching blue-grey, alongside a tall narrow window with a slim frame, positioned side by side. The rest of the façade on either side is unbroken paneling, save for two small dark handles or vents high on the walls. The overall look is sleek, minimalist, and contemporary, set against a bright sky with scattered clouds.

This photo shows the interior of a compact bathroom rather than the building's exterior. The small rectangular room features a corner shower enclosure with curved glass and black side panels, positioned beneath a square ceiling light fixture. A wall-mounted water heater sits to the left, above exposed pipes. A single small square window with a white frame is set into the right wall, allowing natural light in. The floor is laid with wood-effect vinyl planks. A white toilet and a corner-style pedestal sink with a chrome tap are positioned along the right side, near a wooden door frame leading out of the space.
