Modular Office

from £15,099 + VAT
This modular garden building has a sleek, rectangular shape with a flat roof and clean, minimalist lines. The exterior is clad in dark charcoal-grey panels with subtle vertical seams, contrasted by warm horizontal wood-toned slats framing the entrances. At the front corner, a fully glazed double door system sits recessed within the wood paneling, opened to reveal the interior. Adjacent to it, a large sliding glass door with slim black frames spans much of the front façade, offering an expansive view inside. The structure sits on a gravel surface, with greenery and trees surrounding it, and a matching secondary unit is visible in the background.
Large glazed areas create a bright, open interior, while the combination of black finishes and decorative details gives the unit a modern character. Air conditioning and internal blinds add extra comfort for everyday use. \* Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. \* All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. \* Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. \* The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular garden building is a long, low rectangular structure with a flat roof, sitting on a gravel base against a backdrop of dense green trees. The left two-thirds of the facade are clad in textured grey composite panels arranged in a grid pattern, while the right third features horizontal wood-effect paneling in a warm brown tone. A large glass system dominates the left side, combining a hinged door with sliding glass panels, all framed in dark grey metal, offering a clear view into the brick-walled interior. The structure's clean lines, contrasting materials, and minimalist design give it a modern, functional aesthetic suited for use as an office or studio space.

This is an interior view of a modular garden office with a rectangular, elongated layout. One long wall features a full-length glass sliding door system with dark frames and retractable brown roller blinds, offering natural light and outdoor views onto a gravel area. The opposite wall showcases exposed red brick accenting, paired with a dark wall-mounted air conditioning unit. The ceiling is flat, white paneled, with visible black seam lines running its length. A single dark-framed interior door sits centrally along the back wall. Flooring is medium-toned wood-effect laminate, and the overall palette combines neutral white walls with brick and black trim accents for contrast.
