This modular garden office is a sleek, elongated rectangular structure with a low-profile flat roof, clad entirely in dark charcoal-grey vertical panelling that gives it a crisp, modern industrial look. On the short front-facing end, a tall floor-to-ceiling window sits beside a narrow vertical strip window near the corner. The long side features a wide glazed section comprising a hinged glass door paired with two sliding glass panels, allowing generous natural light into the interior. Toward the far end, the grey cladding gives way to a diagonal-cut accent panel finished in natural light wood slats, creating a striking contrast. The building rests on a gravel surface, with greenery visible behind it.
Large glazed areas open up the interior and provide plenty of natural light. A modern facade combining graphite finishes with wood-effect accents gives the unit a distinctive, elegant character. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This is a sleek, rectangular modular building with a low, flat roofline, sitting on gravel ground before a backdrop of dense green trees. The structure is clad primarily in dark charcoal-grey paneling with vertical ribbed detailing, while the right-hand section features a striking contrast of natural light-wood vertical slats, divided diagonally from the grey by a bold angular line. The front facade is dominated by a wide glass entrance: a single hinged door with a full-length window pairs with a large sliding glass panel beside it, together spanning most of the wall and revealing a bright interior with wood-paneled walls. No additional windows appear elsewhere on this visible side, keeping the design minimal and modern.

This is an interior view of a long, narrow modular room with a simple rectangular footprint stretching back several meters. The walls and ceiling are finished in smooth white paneling, uninterrupted except for a subtle seam line running across the ceiling. Warm, medium-brown wood-look laminate flooring runs the entire length of the space, adding contrast to the pale walls. At the far right end sits a black-framed glass door system with multiple large panes, including a hinged door with a visible handle, allowing daylight to flood in and revealing a gravel yard and a grey industrial building outside. No other windows are visible along the side walls.
