from £21,099 + VAT
This modular garden office is a long, low rectangular unit with a flat roof, photographed at an angle that shows its full front façade and part of one side. The exterior is finished in dark charcoal-grey panelling, accented with vertical slatted wood-toned strips arranged in evenly spaced columns, particularly framing the entrance and window areas. The front features one large fixed window with slim grey framing on the left side, and a matching grey door with a small vertical window pane to its right, both flanked by wooden slats. Small rectangular wall-mounted lights sit above each opening. The building rests on a paved brick surface, with another dark unit visible to the left.
A well-planned layout brings together a fitted kitchenette and fully equipped bathroom within a compact space. Air conditioning with heating, cooling and ionisation adds year-round comfort. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right. * Not certified to BS 3632 - not suitable for licensed park home sites.
This is an interior view of a modular garden office, showing a narrow rectangular room with light wood-effect laminate flooring and off-white wall panels bordered by dark charcoal trim strips that outline the ceiling, corners, and panel seams. Two flat recessed ceiling light panels illuminate the space, alongside a wall-mounted air conditioning unit in the upper right. A single interior door with a small square window stands open on the left, leading to a corridor with an exterior window revealing greenery outside. In the foreground, a partial kitchen counter with a built-in stovetop is visible, its surface still protected with blue tape.

This photo shows the interior of a compact bathroom module rather than the building's exterior. A corner-mounted shower cabin with curved smoked-glass paneling dominates the space, fitted with a chrome overhead rainfall head, a handheld sprayer on a sliding rail, and a row of round jet controls down one side. To its right stands a white toilet with a visible cistern and exposed piping along the wall. A small double-glazed window with dark trim sits high on the back wall, letting in soft light. The walls are painted a light neutral tone, while the doorway frame is finished in dark, almost black paneling with a metal handle, contrasting against the pale interior surfaces.
