Modular Suite

9 m × 3 m (29′6″ × 9′10″)
from £25,919 + VAT
This modular garden office is a long, low, single-story rectangular structure with a flat roof, clad entirely in dark charcoal-black panels arranged in horizontal rows. Centered on the front façade is a wide glass entrance featuring double sliding doors flanked by narrow vertical slat-style panels on both sides, creating a striking textured accent against the smooth cladding. Small wall-mounted lights sit just above each side of the doorway. The building has no additional visible windows beyond this central glazed doorway section. It rests on a raised base, slightly elevated off the gravel ground, with a bright blue sky above and greenery framing both sides, while a larger house is visible in the background.
Black facade detailing and STOPSOL glazing give the unit a bold, contemporary appearance. The extensive interior specification combines everyday comfort with a polished, professional feel. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right. * Not certified to BS 3632 - not suitable for licensed park home sites.
This is an interior view of a compact modular garden office or tiny cabin. The space is long and narrow, with a dark wood-effect laminate floor stretching toward large sliding glass doors on the left wall, which flood the room with natural light and reveal trees and gravel outside. A dark charcoal single door sits beside a small fitted kitchen unit with white upper cabinets, a wooden backsplash, dark lower cabinets, and a sink with black tap. The ceiling is white with recessed square panel lighting and exposed dark structural beams. A wall-mounted air conditioning unit is fitted near the ceiling. Walls are smooth white paneling, and flat-packed materials rest on the floor near the back.

This compact modular bathroom features clean white paneled walls accented with dark brown trim strips running vertically and along the ceiling edges, giving a modern cabin-like feel. A single tilt-style window with a dark frame sits centrally on the back wall, allowing natural light and a glimpse of greenery outside. The space is efficiently laid out: a white pedestal sink with cabinet storage sits in the near corner, beside a matching white toilet. To the right, a curved glass-enclosed shower/tub combination with a chrome fixture fills the corner. The flooring is dark wood-toned laminate, contrasting the flat white ceiling, which holds a square light fixture and visible wiring conduit running along the beam.
