Garden Office

from £9,299 + VAT
This modular garden office is a rectangular, single-story structure with a flat roof, photographed at an angle that shows both its short front face and long side elevation. The exterior combines two-tone cladding: dark charcoal grey vertical panels frame the corners, roofline, and edges, while the main wall sections are finished in a lighter grey ribbed panel material. The front facade features a large square window on the left, a full-height glazed door with dark metal framing in the center, and a smaller square window to the right. The building sits on a paved brick surface, with bare trees visible in the background against an overcast sky.
Silver exterior panels with graphite detailing give the unit a clean, understated appearance. Glazing on two sides brings in plenty of natural light and creates a pleasant, open space. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular unit is a long, low, rectangular structure with a flat roof trimmed in dark charcoal paneling. The main facade combines pale, ribbed light-grey cladding across the center with bold black vertical panel sections framing each corner, creating a strong contrast. A single glazed door sits centered, flanked symmetrically by two large rectangular windows with white frames, one on each side. The dark banding continues along the roofline as a fascia strip, echoing the black corner columns. The building rests on small support blocks above a paved brick surface, giving it a clean, elevated, boxy silhouette with crisp geometric lines and a minimalist, modern aesthetic overall.

This is an interior view of a modular room with warm grey-brown wood-effect plank flooring stretching toward a glazed exit door at the far end. The walls and ceiling are finished in smooth white paneling, giving a clean, minimalist look. On the right side, two tall rectangular windows let in natural light, while a smaller square window sits recessed into the left wall near the rear corner. The full-height glass door, framed in dark grey or black, opens onto an outdoor paved area, with a glimpse of another structure visible outside. The room has a rectangular shape with a flat, low-pitched ceiling, and the overall aesthetic is streamlined, contemporary, and functional, well-suited to an office or garden studio setting.
