Modular Office

7 m × 3 m (23′0″ × 9′10″)
from £10,999 + VAT
This modular garden office is a sleek, rectangular single-story structure with a flat roof and clean, elongated proportions. The dark charcoal-grey cladding forms the base, accented by two diagonal wood-toned panel sections flanking the entrance, their angled slats adding warmth and texture. The front façade features a central glass double door flanked by two large fixed glass panels, creating a bright, symmetrical entrance with three see-through sections total. Above, a paneled grey fascia band wraps the upper portion beneath the flat roofline. The structure sits on a paved stone surface, with greenery and trees in the background beneath a clear blue sky, giving the building a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
Large glazed areas bring plenty of natural light into the interior and emphasise the open feel of the space. The contrasting facade finish gives the unit an understated and elegant appearance. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular garden office presents a long, low rectangular silhouette with a flat roof, its dark charcoal-grey paneled fascia forming a bold horizontal band across the top. The main facade combines matte dark-grey cladding with striking diagonal wood-toned slat accents on both outer sections, creating a herringbone-like pattern. Centered on the front are two large fixed glass window panels flanking a central glazed double door with slim vertical panes, all framed in matching dark-grey trim. The structure sits on small support blocks above a paved surface, with trees and blue sky visible behind it, giving the building a sleek, modern, cabin-like appearance with clean lines and contrasting textures.

This is the interior of a long, narrow modular room with a flat white ceiling and matching pale walls, all trimmed in black framing that outlines every edge and joint. The vinyl flooring has a warm grey-brown wood-grain finish, running the length of the space. Along the right-hand wall are three tall black-framed windows, evenly spaced, letting in daylight and views of gravel ground and greenery outside. At the far end, a black-framed glass door sits in the corner, offering an additional exit. The layout is simple and rectangular, with clean structural lines, a low-pitched ceiling, and an open, uncluttered feel throughout the entire room.
