Modular Unit

8 m × 3 m (26′3″ × 9′10″)
from £11,999 + VAT
This modern modular structure is a long, rectangular single-story unit with a flat roof, finished in dark charcoal-grey paneling that gives it a sleek, contemporary look. Vertical wood-slat cladding accents both ends and one large section on the front facade, adding warmth against the dark exterior. The front wall features a full-height glass door flanked by two large fixed glass window panels, allowing generous light inside. On the visible side wall, a narrower vertical window strip appears near the corner. The building rests on short support blocks above a gravel lot, with green trees and a partly cloudy blue sky in the background, plus stacked construction panels visible to the side.
Decorative detailing across the front and both side walls gives the unit a refined appearance, while the spacious interior offers plenty of freedom for different layouts and uses. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular garden office is a long, low rectangular structure with a flat roof, giving it a sleek, minimalist profile. The exterior is clad in dark charcoal-grey panels arranged in a grid pattern across the walls. Centered on the front façade is a black-framed glass double door, flanked on each side by a large fixed glass window panel, allowing full visibility into the interior. On either outer edge of the building, vertical wood-toned slatted panels add warm textural accents against the dark cladding. The structure sits raised slightly off the gravel ground on small support blocks, with its symmetrical, boxy proportions emphasizing a clean, contemporary design.

This is an interior view of an elongated, narrow modular room with a slightly sloped white ceiling that angles downward toward the far end, creating a subtle wedge-shaped profile typical of a garden office. The walls are finished in smooth, glossy white paneling on both sides, running the length of the space toward a far end wall. At the far end, a tall glass door with dark, black-framed edges sits centered, flanked by two large full-height windows on either side, allowing abundant natural light and a view of green trees, gravel, and a paved path outside. The flooring is a rich, dark wood-toned laminate with visible grain texture, running in long planks toward the entrance.
