Modular Office

7 m × 3 m (23′0″ × 9′10″)
from £13,799 + VAT
This modular structure is a sleek, rectangular garden office clad entirely in dark charcoal-black paneling, arranged in a mix of horizontal slats on the upper sections and vertical slats framing the entry and side edges, giving a textured, contemporary look. The roof is flat, extending slightly beyond the walls for clean, minimalist lines. Centered on the front face is a tall glass double door with slim black frames and a vertical chrome handle, flanked by additional glass panels that flood the interior with light. To the left, a narrow vertical window sits near the corner, while the right side features a smaller square window. The building stands on a paved surface, backed by a leafy green tree and a metal fence.
Black rectangular facade panels and slats create a bold, cohesive exterior finish, while the separate bathroom with WC and washbasin adds extra practicality to the unit. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular garden building presents a sleek, elongated rectangular form with a flat roofline, clad entirely in dark charcoal-grey horizontal paneling that gives it a modern, sophisticated appearance. The left portion features a striking glass entrance with double doors framed in black, offering full visibility into the interior space. Moving right, the facade transitions to a section with vertical wood-toned slatted paneling, adding textural contrast, alongside a small square window positioned high on the wall. The structure sits on flat pavement, with the dark tones creating a bold contrast against the surrounding greenery and overcast sky, lending the building a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic overall.
